FUSION eSIM

Terms of Service

Effective 2026-10-13

These terms govern your use of the FUSION eSIM app and related services, provided by FUSION CO PTY LTD (ACN 671 112 217 · Unit 2A/14 Lionel Rd, Mount Waverley VIC 3149, Australia). By using the service you agree to them.

1. What we provide

FUSION eSIM sells travel mobile-data plans delivered as eSIMs. Plans are provisioned through our upstream carrier partner. Actual coverage, speed and connection quality depend on the local mobile networks and are outside our control.

After purchase you receive an eSIM installation code (a QR code or install link). That code is single-use: once installed, or once removed from a device, it cannot be reinstalled.

2. Device compatibility

Your device must support eSIM and must not be carrier-locked. The app offers a compatibility check as a guide, but some regional models — notably those sold in mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau — have no eSIM and cannot be identified programmatically.

Please confirm your device is compatible before buying. An installed plan, or one marked “No cancellation after purchase”, is not refunded because the device does not support eSIM.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in full at checkout, and the amount displayed is the amount charged. You choose your presentment currency; non-USD amounts are converted at our published rates, which may differ from your card issuer’s.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Promo code discounts, validity and usage limits are those set on the individual code. Codes cannot be combined.

4. Refunds

For plans bought on or after 13 October 2026:

Standard plans: if the eSIM has not been installed, we refund it in full when you ask within 30 days of purchase. Once installed or activated, a plan is not refunded for personal reasons such as changed travel plans, buying the wrong plan, or unused data or days.

Plans marked “No cancellation after purchase”: the eSIM installation code is delivered as soon as you pay, so these plans cannot be cancelled or refunded after purchase. The mark is shown in the plan details and at checkout, where you must tick to agree.

If it does not work (all plans): if the eSIM cannot connect within its coverage area or does not match the plan description, please contact us while the plan is in use and follow our troubleshooting steps (such as turning on data roaming or selecting a network manually). If it still does not work, we refund it in full or in part. An eSIM you delete without our help cannot be reissued.

Refunds always go back to your original payment method, with no fee. Plans bought before 13 October 2026 keep the terms they were bought under: refunded in full if not installed and requested within 7 days of purchase.

To request a refund, write to help@fusion.tw with your order number.

5. About "unlimited" plans and real-name registration

Most plans described as unlimited carry a daily high-speed allowance, after which the speed is reduced under a fair-use policy. The allowance and the reduced speed are stated on each plan. This is set by the upstream carrier, not by us.

Some carriers require you to register your identity yourself on the carrier's official website before a plan can be used (for example, before use in Hong Kong or Taiwan). Such plans are marked before purchase. Registration is between you and the carrier; we do not collect or submit your identity documents.

6. Your account

You must give a valid email address so we can send your order and eSIM details. Keep your credentials safe; activity through your account is treated as yours.

We may suspend or close an account involved in abuse, fraud, or a breach of these terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from an inability to connect, slower-than-expected speeds, or service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the plan in question.

Nothing here excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other mandatory consumer protections.

8. Changes and governing law

We may revise these terms; the effective date on this page will change when we do.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
